He is one of the best players in the world and he has made a world record for a signing over £200 million. The book gives you lots of facts about Neymar da Siva Santos Junior, that was a fact just then, his full name. He is called Neymar Junior because his dad is called Neymar as well. He used to play for Santos football club then he played for the Spanish team Barcelona where he played with the one and only magic duo Messi and Suarez. All three of them were called MSN, they were the best trio to ever roam the footballing world. 

The second best trio was the one and only BBC, Benzema, Bale and arguably the best player in the world, Cristiano Ronaldo. 

Along with Neymar there were other brilliant players from Brazil like Pele who won a World Cup at 18, and Kaka. Kaka was a playmaker who played for Milan and Real Madrid and he was also a member of a World Cup winning team and won the Ballon D'or.  Finally, the one and only Ronaldo also known as R9 who won the Ballon D'or at age 21. 

When Neymar was a child, he played street soccer and instantly became an attraction. He was very poor so he had to live with his grandparents.

He eventually gives in because his mum was getting angry and so he says walkies for the dog (Lucky) and he opens the door and lets the dog out because the gate is normally close but he was wrong. The gate was open and the dog saw a cat and ran after it and in shock he runs after her and a car was coming towards him and hit him. He was in the ambulance he could hear and feel everything but not see everything and when he got to the hospital the doctors say he’s in a coma. Everyone visits him and talks to him because the doctors say he can hear and feel thing and to get him out of the coma sooner talk to hime and jog his memory a lot. His school made a tape for him to listen to, to help his dad plays it for him and everyone says they’re hellos and get better soon and his friend says the football scores instead. Ned starts to get suspicious about Jemima and looks around the house for any clues about any pranks but all he found is jars and jars full of snot. Later that day his sister is distracted and Ned fills the bath with snot so Jemima goes in. But when he put all of the snot in a creature was about to be made ... SLIME.
He freaked out so his sister heard. '' What you doing in there '' said his sister .
Nothing said Ned . His sister with her metal boots she was kicking the door to get in.
She kicked the door down and the slime turned into a boot, a bigger boot and WOOFED her through the walls. The slime could turn into different things like a slide , a plane. ect.

The story is about a young boy called Ned who lives on the Isle of Mulch. Every building or attraction on the Isle of Mulch is ran by a horrible adult who hates children. However, the most awful of them all is Greta Greed, Ned's Aunt. She owns the whole island and would do anything to remove children from it.

Ned lives with his mum, dad and sister, Jemima. Jemima loathes Ned and always pulls horrific pranks on him. One day Ned discovers the worst of them all. Gunk. Jemima was going to bathe Ned in all sorts of gunk. When  Ned found out, he decided it was time for revenge. He tried to pull the same prank on Jemima when....the gunk mixed together and created slime!

Together, Slime and Ned rode around the whole Isle of Mulch to wreak havoc on the horrible adults.

Fun Fact: Something I noticed was that all the adult's names were the seven deadly sins (Greed, lust, envy, sloth, glutton, pride and wrath.) It contained three different stories that were all so interesting! Charlotte's Web, I, Houdini and Toomai of the elephants.

My personal favourite was I, Houdini but there were all great. It is about a hamster named Houdini who tries to escape his cage. However, on the way he may cause a tiny bit of trouble ( definitely not including flooding the house) and have to escape from father.

Charlotte's Web is about a piglet named Wilbur who has to live the boring old farm life and has no friends in the barn. However, one day that all changes. He meets a friendly spider named Charlotte. He is not amused by how she kills insects and is so bloodthirsty, but at least he has a friend!

Toomai of the Elephants is about a boy named Toomai who lives in the jungle with elephants. According to old tales, when the elephant hunt season is over, the surviving elephants perform a celebratory dance. This story is about two kids called Andy and Terry and they write loads of comics and make cool inventions in there treehouse.Terry comes ups with the best invention yet and... it makes there stories awesome. But they set it going and it throws them out of the house and says its better than them at writing. So Andy decides to find this person from the dark side of space who unindents things.They built a dot to dot rocket and they go on an  amazing journey. Anyway they find him convince him to come down to earth and he takes the machine away. But suddenly things take a turn of events...

It a murder mystery on the death of Sir Charles Baskerville, who is believed to have died due to a weak heart but his heir Henry Baskerville, was not so sure. He finds the footprints of a giant hound near the body so he hands the case to Sherlock Holmes.

It's about a girl called Lottie Brooks and she is in year 7 in secondary school but she is moving into year 8 in a couple of weeks. During this ''big'' change, she has developed a crush on a boy named Daniel, she then tells her friends Jess and Poppy on her WhatsApp group 'Fries Before Guys' to tell them what is going on. Then this girl Amber starts making fun of her for it. The next day Daniel comes over to Lottie at break time to tell her that he likes her and asks her to be his girlfriend and unsurprisingly Lottie  says yes and when she gets home her brother says 'oooh Lottie has a boyfriend, she wants to kiss him, she wants to marry him.' I would recommend this book if you like reading: diary type stories, comedy books, tweenage romance and bobba tea, holidays, shopping and reading about annoying little brothers, I hope you enjoyed    reading about my book and the genres it has, based on my opinion. It is about two twins called Scarlet and Ivy.  Scarlet goes to a boarding school but there has been unfortunate circumstances and she has supposedly died. Because of this, Ivy now goes to the school but has to pretend to be Scarlet to stop the other children from being sad.

While at the school, the head teacher (Miss Fox) is extremely strict and Ivy has to find her sisters diary in secret until the mean girl finds her up past her bedtime.

It is about a boy, Arthur, and his sister, Rose. When they were younger they together made up a made-up land that they drew on a map when they were playing. But actually this exact land they had made up was actually real and they would visit regularly. But lots of years later and Arthur and Rose had practically forgot about the land they had invented which was called Roar. Until one day when they were at their Grandpas house, Arthur found the map in his Grandpas attic. Amazed, he went to tell Rose but Rose didn't believe him because she had made a new friend with the girl next door and didn't take no notice. Until, Grandpa believed in what Arthur was saying and crawled through a camp bed in Grandpas attic. When Grandpa had entered he did not come out the other side. Arthur was worried by this so he told Rose but Rose took no notice. So then Arthur crawled in after his Grandpa and ended up being in the land he had made all those years before. Crowky, a scarecrow, had taken their Grandpa and had hid him in his chamber. Arthur has to save him. But Rose gets worried and comes after Arthur and her Grandpa. Even when Rose was their she still did not believe in Roar which made the ground shake and a giant crack appear in the ground. Along the way of finding their Grandpa they met the Lost Girls a fierce group of girls that lived in the forest and loved to battle. Together they made there to the Crows Nest , which is Crowky's nest and rode on dragons. When they were in the Crows Nest, the dragons, Vlad and Pickle stayed behind with a friend called Win. Win is a wizard-ninja and loves to make people laugh and impress them with his magic. Together, they managed to get Grandpa back but although Crowky wasn't defeated he was nearly drowned and Rose and Arthur thought they couldn't just leave him to drown so they tried to save him but his scarecrow friends got him first, but at least they tried. Other parts say that you should always follow your dreams, even if people laugh at you or tell you that you can't. That is because you can do anything as long as you try your hardest and never give up. But something else, is that you don't just have to be kind to others because you also need to be kind to yourself. It is about a boy called Michael who lives with his dog Stella and his mam and dad. They are a poor family who love sailing and they do it every day. One day they move house, but not just any house, on to a sailing boat house called the Peggy Sue. They set off on a journey around the world on it. On their journey they stop at their cousin's house in Australia. One night when they were on the Peggy Sue and Michael's mam and dad were asleep Stella the dog climbed out onto the stern of the boat. Michael called for her over and over again, but she wouldn't come back so Michael had to go onto the stern to get her. Without a life jacket on he climbed out onto the stern to get Stella but all of a sudden, a massive wave came and wiped them both off board. Michael cried for help, but it was hopeless, and he just got more and more tired. He held onto his football to keep him floating and he fell asleep. The next day, he and Stella woke up to find themselves on a little island. They found a cave on the island and they stayed in it for the night together. When they woke up the next morning, they found fresh food and water in their cave. They then realised there was somebody on the island with them, but they knew whoever they are would be nice. They ate their food and went to explore the island. When they were exploring, they found a forest with fresh fruit, coconuts and animals like monkeys and baboons in. All of a sudden, an old man called Kensuke ran up to them and he drew a line straight through the middle of the island. "My side, your side," he said sharply. "Stay your side," he explained. It was clear he didn't speak real English but that didn't matter. Michael nodded in agreement and walked back to his cave. As the day turned to night Michael thought about his family and the Peggy Sue as he fell asleep. 
As the weeks went on the two strangers became good friends. Kensuke always left food for Michael and made him things in the forest each day. Kensuke told Michael what he can and can't do and Kensuke showed Michael how to build things, get food and where to go to get them things. Their relationship got stronger and stronger as the story went on. But to make that type of stuff happen you have to work hard and believe in yourself

My favourite story was The coral island because it was full of adventure so it was about a shipwreck and 3 boys managing to survive on a deserted island. The second story was called Nicholas Nickleby. It was about how school boys were beaten by their headmaster and a teacher called Nicholas tried to help the boys by standing up to the headmaster. Nicholas helped a boy named Smike escape to have a better life. The third story was called The Pit And The Pendulum. This story was about a man who was in a prison in Toledo in Spain. He was in a very dark dungeon. He thought that he has going to end up dying there. He realised he was not alone and there were lots of rats in there with him. This is one of my favourite books as it is funny and as it shares real life events for girls. This book is about a girl named Lottie, she has a really annoying little brother-Toby-, an embarrassing dad-I'm not sure of his name- and an awkward mother-I'm not sure of her name either-. This story is basically about her life and all of her extremely embarrassing struggles in her time at school. The main characters in this story are: Amber-super mean and only cares for herself and friend Poppy. Poppy- Kind of like Amber except she just follows Amber around. Jess- Is really cool, likes keep uppies and is Lottie's bff. Toby-Lottie's annoying little brother who always farts in her face and his famous catchphrase is " Lottie I didn't fart at you, I blew you a kiss with my bottom". Lottie's mum- Always ( according t Lottie) embarrassing but she is always right and knows how to make Lottie feel better. Lottie's dad- Is always the embarrassing one and he never seems to understand what to say at what time. Lottie herself- Lottie always seems to get embarrassed by someone wherever she goes. She has two hamsters and her nickname at school is kitkat chunky or cucumber girl and her nickname at home is Lottie Potty. It was a very good debut from Stephen Mulhern.

It is about a boy called Max who has always wanted to become a magician. But there is a bully in his way. Bottley. He needs to find a way to get rid of him…

There is also some horrible tax collectors named the Crayfish Twins who basically steal money from Max’s family! How will they be able to pay their debt and get the evil twins off their back?

One day, Max finds a chest at his Grans shop, titled “A.A”. When he opens it, it blasts him back! He feels a very weird sensation. On the way home, he finds out he has all sorts of power now, like talking do his dog Lucky, creating illusions and reading minds.

His friends, Sophie, Stretch and Daisy need to help him control his powers, before he runs loose to stop all the bullies. Will he be able to triumph and rid his village from the mean bullies?
