Distributed energy systems are on the rise especially in China, but it is at the stage in which it is learned by doing, although this is the gap between current projects and best practices makes the evaluation of projects of the Distributed Energy System is important; The research conducted in Sichuan, China, is based on the analysis of the life cycle (LCA), in the production of electricity, heat and cooling. In this process, the input required by each technology was analyzed by comparing energy consumption according to the life cycle and GHG emissions; allowing to determine which of the technologies are more efficient with energy consumption and emissions. Thus allowing the implementation of policies that guide future distributed energy projects.
