빨리빨리 문화가 지금 당장 선진국인 대한민국을 만들긴 했다. 하지만 기반을 다진 기간이 짧은 만큼 기반이 부실하다. 법, 교통 등을 예로 들 수 있다. 교통을 보면 계획도시인 송도는 길이 잘 뚫려 있어 차가 잘 막히지 않는다. 하지만 우리나라의 다른 도시들을 보면 차가 조금이라도 많아지면 바로 교통이 정체되는 현상을 볼 수 있다. 
기반을 잘 다지지 않은 것은 이런  도시뿐만이 아니라 우리나리 전체의 문제이기 때문에 미래를 생각했을 때 지금이라도 기반을 다지는 것이 필요하다.

I think the Korean 'quickly quickly culture' is not fine. Although working fast may help shorten time that needs, it often take more time in the end. For example, there are cases where you leave home in a hurry and forget something and leave it at home. Then you have to come home again. The more important case is, the greater the damage will be. Therefore, I think we should not aim for "quilckly quickly culture". When working, I think it is more important to do it properly and without regret, even if you do it slowly. I think the smartest time management is to do work properly and carefully.
