I was very anxious to get my licenses, but then the DMV's all closed, and thought that my chance to take the text had left. My permit was very close to expiring, and I thought I wouldn't be able to get my license until late senior year. Then one day, I found out that some DMV's were rescheduling tests, and that my test was now in July. I was diagnosed with epilepsy during my sophomore year and put on medication. The medication was overall helping. It stopped my seizures but it placed me in a terrible state of mind. I realized that I legally wouldn't be allowed to drive, I couldn't go on rollercoasters, I was always anxious, sad, angry, and tired but I tried not to show any of it. Being with my best friends made me forget about everything. They made me feel normal and happy.
