The present continuos is used for action happening at the time of speaking or around now. It is formed by am/is/are +verb with "ing".
For example:We are going to  the cinema at the moment
 In the present continuos there are time expression->at the moment , now,today,this week, this month, this year
PRESENT PERFECT 
The present perfectn is used for action completed in the past and in the actions we used ever and ever.It is formed by Have/has+past participle   
For example:Luca has called you three times today

The phrasal verbs ids formed by verb+adverb. Some commons phrasal verbs are:

-STATE VERBS
The state verbs are rarely used in the countinuos tenses because they express conditions and states

One day, Hughie goes to visit Alan Trevor and asked him the money for the pictures, Alan told him about the pictures cost two thousand pounds.
