I read an article about employee work overload. I recently changed jobs due to the excessive workload. The employer has not enough workforce. As a result, he made me work extremely hard, and I felt like a machine for him. Due to covid are classes are moved from offline to online  as a precautionary measure and this has impacted a lot to me as a student. Being in Canada still we are missing all the fun and not able to enjoy our college life and all the campus in house activities . I miss hanging out with people and making new friends in college and this has increased the distance between me and my classmates. This change decision made by our management had a great impact on our social life.

Moreover, around 84 per cent of respondents stated that the upskilling initiatives have helped them get better jobs or positions. So I followed this and got good part time job along with my study in Canada.
