It may not seem like it but bees create the variety of foods that we eat in our daily lives all around the world. Beekeepers are a very important group to work with because they know the most about bees and how to protect them. We can also convince pesticide companies to use less of certain products to help the environment. Even citizens can make a difference by just planting bee-friendly plants, buying raw honey, supporting local farmers/beekeepers, and other things. Some examples of this is recycling, planting more trees and plants, not littering and just generally caring and being mindful about the environment.
