I wore gloves at the beginning to sanitize and check the clients hands for any contra indications. I tied my hair up and mine and my clients rings and bracelets off. I sanitized the files and made sure all metal tools are sterilised in the glass bead steriliser

i used the rebalancing products because he has a oily tzone and pores on his nose but some parts of his face are dry, these products should help even out his skin. i also avoided using cotton pats because he has a beard and they would of got cotton in it so i used sponges and towels.

Set up with most products and equipment and asked to borrow some nail tools due to not having the full kit.

207 Manicure - It took a while for you to start the first treatment (manicure). Not completely set up with all the required cuticle tools. Identified small cut on the clients wrist. Working slowly through each stage of the treatment, possibly lacking confidence. Good finish to the nails with Dark polish painted neatly and consistent on all nails.  

204 facial – client looks comfortable and followed the routine well, using the range of products and equipment (facial steamer) suitable for the clients skin. Basic skin analysis with a few characteristics of the combination skin type. Nice massage to the face and neck following a flowing routine of effleurage and petrissage movements. Mask applied neatly to the face but limited knowledge of the benefits to the skin. 

210 lash tint- Complete during the facial mask time. Overall, a good treatment as the preparation and tint was applied and removed well. Used brown tint on the lashes, client choice as this was their first tint. Slight change to depth of colour to the natural lashes. You could have provided further professional guidance to achieve a darker finish with black. 

222 Head massage – Complete following the lash tint, next time consider the massage during the lash tint process time. Scalp/head massage techniques were applied well to suit the client

You can be very quiet, try to have more confidence and ask more open questions during the consultation process. brow shape treatment went well, really good that you used a mirror to discuss the shape with your client beforehand. The brows were evened out and tidy. Technique was correct and client very happy. You altered the positioning for eyelash perming, which is important to prevent strain and your client being uncomfortable. You have a good knowledge of shield usage but must checking timings against health of the lashes. When waxing try to remember to cover the bed and not lean over to much to prevent strain, walk around if necessary. The technique you used was very affective and the client was satisfied with the results. Good aftercare was given. You had a basic discussion during the pedicure over lifestyle and expectations but you did talk through the treatment plan. Your positioning was good throughout, holding the toe to paint was helpful. Try to speed up to cut down on time a little.
