INTERACTIVE WORD WALLS

Great for Tier 1 words (too to, their, there, then, than, hear, here). Also, great for Tier 2 words (distribute, estimate, factor, identify) . Can be used for root words, word parts, and affixes. A one-word wall can be used to mark misused or misspelled words. One wall might contain words for rich instruction. Have students select a color cardstock with images or drawings to help them learn the word and put it on the wall.
