OTHER IMPORTANT INFO: 

Our Absence Policy: We do not cancel or reschedule classes that have to be missed due to absence. If _______ misses class for any reason, it counts a missed session. If ________ misses more than 5 sessions per course, we will add mastery sessions to the end of each course to reach that requirement.

Final schedules, school calendar, and additional information, will go out in early August. For now, this is a summary of our calendar:

September 4, 2023: Labor Day

November 22 - 24, 2023: Thanksgiving Holiday

December 25 - Jan 5, 2023: Winter Break

January 15, 2023: MLK Day

April 1-5, 2023 Spring Break

May 27, 2023: Memorial Day

I am excited to announce that the full year SCHOOL YEAR schedule for your student is now live in the parent portal!

Please log in to the Parent Portal as soon as possible to review all courses, teachers, and start times. Be sure to let me know if there are any changes that need to be made in the next 24 hours. If you let me know if any changes after that window closes, we will be working with the times/classes/teachers available in accordance with our current availability! 

We can’t wait to have all the students back on campus with the fun energy and buzz they bring to campus. Communication from our team regarding campus calendar, student orientation/Boomers (save the date- Aug 17) and MAP testing are coming soon!
