  • FOS (máximo en planta baja): 20% = 23.691,6 m²

  • FOT (total construible): 1.0 = 118.458 m²

  • SSA (mínimo suelo absorbente): 70% = 82.920,6 m²

    Esto significa que : FOS 20% + SSA 70% = 90% del terreno. Osea que queda 10% del terreno para cualquier otra cosa (calles internas, estacionamientos, patios duros, etc.).

    Para saber cuántos niveles o pisos puedes tener, simplemente divides el total permitido (por FOT) entre la superficie permitida en planta baja (por FOS):

    118.45823.691,6 / 23.691,6 : 5 pisos
