Theres different options in this app including: training,  practice and competition. You can even win trophies and medals. In the Karate function this allows great self defence skills, the controls include head up and down to kick and head left and right to punch etc. For Lacrosse you move your head in the direction of the ball to catch and flick your head up to throw. Instead of researching how to play/learn sports such as Karate and Lacrosse, you could just turn on your Virtual Reality app. First you go through training sessions, where you will be taught the rules, tips and skills of the game. Then you'll be given the opportunity to practice these skills or go straight to competing. This will help students learn all the skills of the game, before actually playing with the class. Lacrosse will help students learn their throwing/catching skills.
