How can an action plan help solve a problem?</div><ul><li>Action plans are useful because they provide a framework for thinking about how to efficiently complete a project.</li></ul><div><br></div><div>3. How can one know that the actions or tasks in the plan were implemented?</div><ul><li>One can know if the actions and tasks in the plan were implemented if they are effective to the point you see a drastic change in the aspects of community's environment, infrastructure and livelihood in a positive manner.</li></ul><div><br>4.
