Overall, we feel that the best solution among the three is the creation of a club centered around bettering student's mental health. This is because it was ranked number one out of three in terms of the least manpower, least cost, and the least time needed. It can be carried out through hosting the club once a week after school with one or two teachers supervising students/mentoring students in existing classrooms or activity rooms that are unoccupied. This would be highly effective as in can not only be almost implemented immediately, but does not need additional facilities or equipment to carry out the activities needed. Moreover, only a handful of teachers are needed to supervise/ teach the many students, not requiring much manpower in the long run. Thus we believe that because of its cost, time and manpower effectiveness, creating a club will greatly benefit students in Taiwan and Singapore's mental health.

The elderly have difficulty walking and the young are lazy. They often throw their clothes away for convenience. They can recycle but find it troublesome and are unwilling to do their part.

The government can use laws and rights to force people to recycle old clothes. The government places clothing recycling bins in many places where people usually pass by, and creates laws that require people to place unwanted old clothes in these bins, otherwise they will be warned and fined if they commit the same offense again. Unless they are people with special needs or special needs, the government should punish them so that they will remember and will not commit the same offense again next time. Others will also be frightened and will not throw away these old clothes randomly. This plan can be implemented in both Taiwan and Singapore, and in order to ensure that this law is effective, the government can monitor it at all times, place surveillance cameras, and impose severe penalties. The implementation of this plan can make more people aware of environmental protection, have no choice but to recycle their old clothes, and change the problem of clothing waste caused by fast fashion. Once the law is passed, it can be implemented immediately and can continue.

The government can create an attraction that showcases the extent of pollution in our water bodies in Singapore and Taiwan where a large tank of water in which we will pour clean water with a long tunnel at the base of it where visitors can walk through and see the water in the tank (use S.E.A Aquarium Singapore as reference). The clean water would symbolise our oceans being clean before being polluted by man. As there currently are organisations that clean the oceans by removing litter and trash from the ocean, we can use these litters pulled up from our seas and place it into the tank of water. We can gauge the amount of rubbish and pollutants in the sea then scale it down to a set ratio based on the volume of the tank to our oceans. As the amount of trash that goes into the ocean increases, so would the amount of trash that goes into this tank of water. By allowing visitors to walk through the dirtied water that was originally clean, we allow people to see the damage done to the oceans and marine life because of us, which might encourage them to take action and stop polluting our waters. By 2035, through the use of social media and tourism, word will spread of this attraction and thus more will be educated of this pressing issue of ocean pollution by visiting this attraction and by being able to literally see the impact of littering in the ocean to our marine life, more will be encouraged to take action against ocean pollution.

The government can organize training classes at frequently visited places such as schools and community centres. The training classes will educate both the students and the public on digital literacy to prevent the spread of misinformation through AI. During the training classes, the government can hire instructors or professionals to educate the people so it is more reliable and effective. At the classes, the instructors can conduct examples or find problems and tell the people attending to solve it. This allows the people to have a deeper understanding on the misunderstandings that AI can cause and how to differentiate the difference between facts and misinformation. This will solve the underlying problem by reducing the number of people falling for the misinformation given by AI and it will not cause any misunderstandings. It will start from 2025 onwards and continue after 2025.
