You can give money, your time and food. We are going to give food to them by collecting cans during our camp. It is a very easy and fun place to donate and volunteer at because they always have new and interesting activities to do. Our conditions were an  admission fee for the camp is food instead of money. It is a 5 can minimum per person. We will collect these cans and give them to Harvesters at the end of the camp. While in Ethiopia he saw a young boy eating dirt. He then saw the need to feed the hungry. So when he got home he started to collect excess groceries in a garage. He would store all this food hear and then give it to agencies that could properly distribute the food. In 1979 Father Tobin helped start Harvesters.
