One challenge i faced was being in a room with people from my past without fear.

I think I improved because I managed to work with new people which I would've struggled with in the past

I enjoyed the practical work and was glad to be able to put my skills to use

We walked around the room with different instructions to help us to visualise different things and see different people's reactions to words

We did some games to warm up and engage our minds

We did some improv to see how could we where at it and had some pointers from Ryan

We played the ball game (failed miserably)

We did sequences to see how well we can focus on multiple things like we would on a stage

I had english in the afternoon and we did a get to know each other and wrote a letter avout ourselves

In the afternoon we had practical and we started our projects figuring out who is playing what part and figuring out spacing for our piece

In personal development we looked at British values and democracy and we did a vote on who should be class representative

In practical we did singing and discussed good breathing techniques and worked on breath control, we then sang gimmie gimmie gimmie with the level 3 extendeds (who i love with my whole heart)

I felt that I forgot other people were in the room and I tried to be solo

I feel that I was able to let go and perform the song

In practical we worked on our project

The second lesson we ran through our script and places for when we move from the script to the song and ran through the dance

In third lesson we learnt our vocal ranges and sang through our songs

I feel i have worked well today with my peers but I feel I could've been less bossy

I think next time I can be more focused on what is going on and be more involved in lifting instead of just taking the pictures, even if I feel nervous

Ive not been in a very good mood this morning so I feel that can be something to work on, I feel that my headshots went well and that I was engaged and listened to the person taking the photo

We then went through our dance for mamma mia, we split into 2 groups one of 3 and one of 4 watching the dance and giving eachother criticism as we went which I believe was helpful

We then sorted out costumes and went through our scenes and scripts with costumes, adding some stuff to our choreo, I feel that I still need to work well on working with my group
