Personal opinions: Personally, I also enjoy watching television programmes and Netflix with my family. We enjoy watching cartoons and movies together on weekends.

U: In the picture i can see that they have a big smile on their face and they are just relaxed on the couch and all of them seem to be very happy and very engrossed in the television programme

P: I think that this activity would be a very good,cozy, and bonding time with my family and i also noticed that they might be watching a programme about cars or animals.

E: I would really enjoy this activity if my family is available or free as we do not really have the same television taste because my family and i like very different kind of films and movies.

weekends as i have no school but not for long hours as it is bad for my eyesight. My parents will control my screen time so that i will do my chores and homework instead of watching television. I will watch television in my screen time. Most of the time, i play outside with my siblings and friends to reduce my screen time.

My english and science is not good,so after doing all the school work,I need to do the work that my mother give me,so I got no time to watch television.

The second point that my mother do not let my to watch television is she do not want me to put on glasses.

She thinks that glasses is to expensive.

In the picture, I see that the family is smiling widely and they look like they are laughing together. They are comfortable with their family and maybe they are enjoying their time because family bonding could be a thing that is rare for them, for example i rarely watch television shows and movies with my own family because they are busy doing housework, homework or doing their work. Family bonding is a time where people are happy and are comfortable with their family.

When i watch a television programme,it could make me laugh,feel better when im feeling down and it could even make me cry sometimes.During exam period,i usually feel pressured and stress as my parents expectations is high so to ease the stressness i watch some televison programme in my free time to ease my mind.

U:In the photograph, and by the exprsssions on their faces, i can see that this my might my be a normal thing or like an every 'Saturday' thing or something like that. I think that they find this a time where they can just sit down as one family and just relax, and maybe to forget their stress from school or work.

P:I think that i can try to convice my parents to try and normalise like a time of the day when we are all free,to just sit down and to talk about like their day or to watch a movie together and probably we will fight on what movie to watch!

E:I would really enjoy this type of thing with my family or maybe even with my friends. But there is one thing that me and my family every saturday, we would usually like get together and cook but sometimes my father has to work. So me and my family would usually cook at usually six plus to let my father have some relaxing time after a long day of work.

When i am tired i would turn on the television and after a few minutes i would off the television and go to sleep. Another reason i watch television is because when my family is free i would watch with them like as in the picture. When i watch television i would feel engrossed and happy like in the picture.

Use stimulus: Just like the family in this photograph, one of the ways I spend time with my family is through bonding during television time. While I enjoy watching cartoons, my Mother reminds me to watch educational material like National Geography so I can learn more about the world around me.

Personal Opinions: Cartoons are enjoyable as I can relax and not think about my studies for a moment. I also love sharing about my favourite cartoons with my close friends.

Elaborate: I do not watch television programmes daily as my examinations are coming up. I want to do well so I am spending more time to complete my homework and revise what I have learnt. I will be able to catch up on my television programmes during my school holidays.

P: My family does like to go out but we dont usually go outdoor alot because Singapore can get really hot and my family does not really the heat. But the only outdoor thing that we all enjoy very much is swimming and going to the park near my house to play the big swings all together.

E: My family does not really enjoy like cycling or stuff like that because they are afraid that me and my siblings would get hurt. And all my sibling can swim so we usually go swimming when all of us are free. And in the park,my family and i like to go walks and play the big swing in the park.
