She holds a meeting with teachers every week (Monday for K1, Tuesday for K2, Wednesday for K3). In the meeting, she asks our thoughts on how the new technology/ device/ teaching approaches work in the lessons and will give advice&nbsp;on the problems that we mention, sometimes, she will seek our own ideas on fixing the problems.<br><br></div>]]></description>

She will hold regular meetings with each class to understand children’s needs and conditions and make suggestions for improvement, such as finding professionals or social workers to intervene providing specialized speech therapy, occupational therapy or emotional counseling support, etc.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The story I am sharing is one I watched on YOUTUBE.<br><br>In that video, all the teachers are not simply a teacher with teaching only. There are course designers, group supporters, and momentum for teaching innovation.<br><br>I can see there are working in the different groups based on subjects or age-group to discuss how and why to design a less plan without negative comment but with support and trust.<br><br>even if I never know who is the principal but I believe this one is a great principal.<br><br><br>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>

Because&nbsp; Coordinator A never take the responsibility to be a leader supposed to have and offer any support to other staff.<br><br>Case 2<br>From my point of view, Teacher A has the potential to be a teacher leader, but it still depends the role teacher A play in the process of accomplish the task, such as lead, follow or coordinate each other. Anyway teacher A is a good at collaboration and have the willing to take responsibility.</div>]]></description>
