The load needs to be divided on the roads so all of the burden arent just on ground high ways. These cars will be self-sufficient and will use carbon dioxide to power its engine. That way it can also be considered Eco-Friendly. These cars will run off of a database we collect letting the car know where lanes are and at which altitude it needs to be corresponding with where the ground is. Choose your altitude level and punch in your destination. The car will automatically choose the quickest rout there. Sit back, relax and enjoy the ride. Radio signals are generally not strong in the 3rd level lane but 2nd works fine. In case of emergency braking, there is a handle break on the steering wheel. Pull that down and the car will bring you to a quick and safe spot.
