The problem of Andrew is he didn’t have the spare time to prepare his day and his week but he can spend time 6 hours including encounter class, checking student’s name and memorizing all the students name. Relationship management with students is the point to solve the solution. So, the time is okay, he can mange it.

  • How to maximize first lesson, advising sessions?

    1) Young learners - Parents should be included in the first lesson and Advising session.

    2) Teach them to learn how to check the grade and progress. Get them to know how to use the dashboard and increase self check.

  • How to encourage students to maintain good study habits?

    1) Informed the appropriate time that should be used in each lesson and workbook.

    2) Encourage students in advising session to study with correct behavior. And try to avoid 1 night miracle?
