You may find something in comparison with a lower rate, but will you have what you are looking for? I am only showing a few rooms left for this particular room type. We would just need a credit card to hold the room. If for any reason you cannot make it to the hotel you have 24hrs to cancel your reservation prior to your stay to avoid any penalties. Would you like for me to book your room while we have a few room available?

I completely understand that you would like some time to think about the price but I must bring to your attention that our rooms typically sell fast so it's a possibility that the room that I just quoted you may not still be here when you call back. The rate that I just gave you does not required a deposit and your check in date isn't until next month, so if you want we can just reserve the room using your credit card and then you can take some time to think about the price and if you decide that you need to cancel the reservation you can just call us back to do so as long as it's within the cancellation policy.

The Jazz Fest is very close to that date you are booking and the rooms are booked very quickly. This booking policy allows for modifications 24 hours before your arrival. This way, you can think about it and still have a room once you've decided! It is always good to have a plan!

This resort/hotel is one of the most highly rated and visited during the summer months and generally there is no availability. We only have a few rooms left and I really believe that if you wait til later today, that you will miss out on this fantastic rate or the hotel could sell out. You may even have to pay a higher rate for a smaller room with less amenities. You can cancel the reservation from now until 3 days prior to checking in and you will not be charged until the day you arrive. To lock in your room and rate, all I need is your credit card to place a hold on your reservation.
