Even though we need more funding there is not now many professional youth work development activities that are supporting needed youth work development, connected with national realities and needs. This is sometimes connected with national realities and budget structure/constraints but still can be more pushed/promoted. For example, there are several formats in KA1 for youth workers but not connected with their management developments, specially for small NGO's since they are not skilled enough and only international picture is not helpful enough or sometimes connected with their reality. National reality must have a large part of their developments.

What we mean with high quality? is it the criteria the same for small NGO's and large international NGO's? Numbers are showing that we have enough high-quality projects on the application level but on the implementation level the situation is not always the same but it's really hard to support small NGO's in their projects life cycle with current IT tools, resources and administration in general. Maybe we should ask ourselves what we want to achieve and how can we achieve that.
