Those who have fixed mindsets accept the idea that intelligence is fixed at birth and care more about their apperence as a bright person which causes critical opportunities of learning to slip by because of their worries about not being able to perform enough or losing their perfectness on their knowledge about the tested subject. On the other hand, students with growth mindsets seem to be receiving tough challenges as perfect ways   to develop themselves due to their perceivence of the benefits of the work that is put in. Another realization of the growth mindset adopted students come to face is that even the people with extraordinary intellegence or talent had not reached their success  without putting in the necessary effort.
