They have a slight hint of fennel or aniseed with a slight bittersweet tang that is also similar to eucalyptus or dried orange peel. The caraway leaves have a mild flavor similar to dill or parsley. </div>]]></description>

It is best to collect the seeds in the morning while there is still dew on them to prevent the seeds falling of the flower head.          <description><![CDATA[<div>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Roast vegetables with caraway&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; glaze.<br>Ingredients:<br>1 bulb of Fennel<br>200 grams of Pumpkin<br>2 Carrots<br>2 Zucchinis<br>3 tablespoons of Goats Cheese<br>2 tablespoons of Caraway Seeds<br>1/2 a cup of Balsamic vinegar<br>a drizzle of olive oil<br><br>Equipment:<br>Knife<br>Cutting board<br>Roasting Tray<br>Spoon<br>Measuring Cup<br>Slip Mat<br>Bowl<br>Oven Mitts&nbsp;<br><br>Method:<br>Take the slip mat, cutting board and knife and chop the fennel, pumpkin, carrot and zucchini into even pieces. NOTE: Remember the knife is sharp so be careful because you could cut yourself.<br><br>Put the Vegetables and olive oil into a roasting tray. Take your oven mitts and put them on. Take your vegetables and roast them at 150 degrees for 20 minutes to half an hour. NOTE: The oven is hot so remember to always put your oven mitts on so you don't burn yourself.<br><br>When the vegetables are done take&nbsp;them out of the oven with your oven mitts. Then take the bowl and add balsamic vinegar and caraway seeds and stir to combine. once combined add the glaze to your vegetables. Add some goats cheese to the top to serve. NOTE: Beware the oven is hot so always were your oven mitts so you don't burn your self. </div>]]></description>
