There are certain people that should not be drinking at all such as people who are at the age of 18, pregnant women, etc. These are just some but the limit for excessive drinking for women a week is 7 while 15 or more for men. Smoking at the other hand can lead to live leading lung cancer, coronary artery disease, heart attack and stroke. </p>]]></description>

Every so often it's okay, but not constantly eating 4 or 5 unhealthy snacks in a row you need to balance it out with like a fruit or something. </p>]]></description>

Also getting blue light glasses are helpful to if you can't escape yourself and are tempted by it since you can start feeling wompyness in your eyes. </p>]]></description>
