Drama transformation takes time...Give it time to do so, and they'll notice the subtle changes along the way. Better communication skills, collaboration (being able to work better as a team in school and in their careers later on), overall confidence, higher order thinking skills/creative thinking/thinking out of the box, being more empathetic towards others, being able to see things from other perspectives, etc. With a love for the arts being a bit more rare in Singapore than it is in America, the perceptions of it with parents changes as well, and how it is used. Re-affirming the use of a somewhat foreshadowing in my lesson plans. Linking the warm-up, drama game, etc. to the story book/poem that will get read later in the lesson - so every element in the lesson plan in scaffolding towards the overall objectives (creating more synergy in the lesson plans and not putting things into silos). Creating a warm-up with intention and purpose, not just something random and silly nilly.
