Than go to image , image size and make the image resolution 300. After that upload your second image and o the same. You can select the layer mask button and paint brush button to erase everything around the second image. To rotate or scale image go to Edit-Transform. You can continue these steps and adjust brightness and contrast, etc to make the photoshop perfect. When you are satisfied with your image save as a photoshop file to your desktop with both layers just in case you want to go back and fix minor things.
