After watching the Invisible Backpack video and the Doll Experiment, I learned that every child comes to school with different experiences that we cannot always see. Some students may be dealing with problems at home, anxiety, or low self-esteem, while others may face stereotypes or feel different because of their race or culture. As a teacher, I want to create a classroom where every student feels safe, respected, and included. I will get to know my students and their families, listen without judging, and make sure everyone feels welcome. I will also use books and activities that celebrate different cultures and teach students to be kind and accept each other's differences. By working closely with families and showing understanding, I can help students build confidence and feel supported both at school and at home.
