Afterwards on of his bosses sent a recommendation letter with him to Thomas Edison, about how great he was. Following this he started working with Thomas Edison. After a period of time they fell out because of a sentence that Thomas claimed that it was just a joke, Which was that he'll give Nikola 50,000$ which was a lot at that time.  If you are working in a small company, there are chances the payment will be very less. You will be only paid more if you are working for a multinational corporation, that too for a very high post.    

Working in other companies can have a great side of advantages.
