         <description><![CDATA[<div>Most of the cholesterol is LDL, and HDL absorbs cholesterol and carries it back to the liver. High levels of HDL are reduce the risk for heart disease and stroke whereas high levels of LDL increase those risks. LDL and HDL are two different types of lipoproteins.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Low density-lipoprotein, LDL, are twice the size as HDL but has a lower density because LDL has more fat in its core. Of all the lipoproteins, high density-lipoprotein, HDL, is the smallest and the most dense because it has a low fat content compared to the amount of protein it contains. HDL binds to excess cholesterol, and HDL passes it on to LDL or another lipoprotein. HDL removes cholesterol in the arterial walls and takes it to the liver to be removed. LDL is the main cholesterol transporter in the bloodstream. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Too much LDL and too little HDL can result in cholesterol building up inside of the arteries, which increases the risk for heart disease and other disorders like stroke. Too much LDL means that there is too much cholesterol being taken to the cell. Too little HDL means that not enough of the excess cholesterol will be taken away by the liver, so the extra cholesterol will build up in the vessels.</div>]]></description>
