         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>INGREDIENTS</strong>:<br>- 500 g  potatoes<br>- 1 white onion<br>- 150 ml olive<br>- 3 tablespoon choppet flatleaf parsleg.<br>- 6 eggs<br><strong>STEPS:<br></strong>1. Leave de skins. Cut them into thick slices and chopthe onion.<br>2. Heat up the oil,add the potatoes and onion ans stew gently, parti ally covered for 30 minutes. Strain the potatoes and onions though a colander into a large bowl.<br>3. Beat the eggs separately, then stir into the potatoes and plenty of saltand pepperand put them in a smaller pan.<br>4. Tip everyhing into a pan and heat usinga spatula to shape the omelette.<br>5. When almost set puton a plate.<br>6. Leave the omelette 10 more minutes before serving. The chicken and the eggs are sauté with a pinch of salt for 5 minutes.<br>2. Add 1 liter of milk and stir until a don't have lumps, cool.<br>3. Put it in a tray to cool.<br>4. A little bit of salt.<br>8. 1 packet of chemical yeast.<br>9. 1/2 lemon zest.<br><br><strong>METHOD:</strong><br><br>1. Beat the eggs and the sugar.<br>2. Grate the lemon peel and add it with the salt.<br>3. The nex step is add the two oils and mix with the mass.<br>4. Pour the milk little by Little.<br>5. Add the chemical yeast . Mix everything until there are no lumps.<br>6.Top the mass with film paper and put it into the fridge for 30 minutes.<br>7.Preheat the oven to 200 degree.<br>8. Put the muffin paper in the molds and add the mass more or less with 3/4 of the mold, to prevent it frow coming out.<br>9. When the oven is at 200 degree put the tray into the oven for 15 or 20 minutes.<br>10.They will be ready when the capkcakes begin to Brown.<br>11.Take the tray out the oven and let it stand by 5 minutes.<br>12.Put the cupcake in a rack to cool them before eating.<br><br></div>]]></description>

Peel and thickly grate the apples. Put them in a Bowl with the condesed milk, cinnamon and egg yolks and mix well.</li><li>Put the mix into a buttered pudding dish and bake in a hot oven for 15 minutes. Allow to cool, then cut portions using a pastry shape.</li><li>Make Swiss meringue with the egg whites and sugar. To do this, put both ingredients into a bowl and place this in a water bath until the sugar crystals dissolve. Then use an electric whisk to beat the mixture until it is firm and white.</li><li>To serve, cover each portion with meringue and sprinkle with cinnamon, then glaze the surface with a bowl torch, in the oven ( or under a hot grill ).          <title>Chocolate lollipops by Marcos</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Total time 45 min<br>Serves 10</div><div><br></div><div>INGREDIENTS:</div><ul><li>100 g milk chocolate </li><li>2 tablespoon chocolate</li><li>sprinkle decorations</li></ul><div><br>STEPS:</div><ol><li>Line a flat baking sheet with baking parchment.</li><li>Put the broken up chocolate in a resistant bowl over a pan of boil water and leave to melt stirring occasionally until all the lumps have disapeared and the chocolate is smooth.</li><li>Remove from the heat and stir up the chocolate extract.</li><li>Pour a spoonful of chocolate into the baking parchment, using the back of the spoon to spread into a disc shape.</li><li>Place a lollipop stick into the chocolate so it about 1/3 into the disc and roll it so it's completely covered in chocolate. </li><li>Then cover the chocolate with your chosen sprinkles. </li><li>You could decorate  the lollipops by filling a small piping bag  fitted with a narrow nozzle with melted white chocolate, and making a pattern over the top of the dark chocolate disc</li><li> Repeat until you have used all of the chocolate then leave to set for at least 30 minutes in a cool place.</li></ol><div><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Ingredients For the mixture:<br>- 150g of flour<br>- A pinch of salt<br>-90 g of butter<br>- A pinch of sugar<br>- One egg yolk<br>-4 teaspoons of wate<br>Ingredients for the rellening:<br>-1 lemon<br>-2 tablespoons of sugar<br>-2 teaspoons of courn flour<br>-2 eggs<br>-1 teaspoon of  butter<br>- 120 grams of sugar<br>Preparation:<br>1. Put the flour and salta over a bowl .Then add the butter chopped into pieces. Mix with the fingers.<br>2. Add an egg yolk with 2 teaspoon of water and sugar. Mix toghether with a spatula.<br>3. Make a ball , cover it in the fridge for 30 minutes.<br>4 . Grease paper the mould and put it  in a hot pven for 15 munutes.<br>6. Cut the lemon sind into very fine strips. Then  squaze at the juice and put  to one side.Hot over a lae flame untill the sugar dissoves.<br>7. Dissolve the courn flour im a bolw with 3  tabelspoons of lemon juice add the yolk one by one .The mixture should become thick.<br>8. Whip the wegg whithe to a stif froth, adding half sprinkle and the left over for half and hour.<br>9. EAT IT <br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>INGREDIENTS:</div><ul><li>1/4 onion</li><li>3 garlics</li><li>1/4 green pepper</li><li>4 tablespoons of oil</li><li>1/2 chicken</li><li>250 g of squids</li><li>150 g of prawns</li><li>125 g of clams</li><li>8 handfulls of rice</li><li>1 l of water</li><li>1 pinch of saffron</li></ul><div><br>METHOD:</div><ol><li>Fry the onions, the garlics and the pepper in the oil.</li><li>Add the chicken in chunks.</li><li>Clean and add the squids and the clams.</li><li>When the chicken is tender add the rice.</li><li>Add the water and saffron.</li><li>Add the prawns above.</li><li>Simmer during 20´.</li><li>Let rest for a minutes and ready.</li></ol>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>INGREDIENTS:<br>- 1 liter of milk<br>- 2 eggs<br>-  1/2 kg of sugar<br>- 1 loaf of bread for torrijas<br>- 1 stick of cinnamon<br>- 1 lemon<br>- cinnamon powder<br><br>STEPS:<br>1. Cut the bread into thick <br>2. In a soup plate mix the milk, 1/4 of sugar, the lemon peel and the cinammon stick<br>3. Beat the eggs.<br>4. Heat the oil in a frying pan.<br>5.Dip the bread slices in the mix and then fry it in the hot oil.<br>6. Mix the torrijas in the sugar and the cinnamon powder.<br>7.
