         <description><![CDATA[<div>are actually formed when liquid vegetable oil is hydrogenated(a chemical reaction). They will become solid fats after hydrogenation. Trans-fats are used to extend shelf life and flavor stability.<br>Trans-fats are like saturated fats(it has no double bonds in its molecules like trans-fats). Thus, I will increase LDL cholesterol(bad) and decrease HDL cholesterol(good) which can lead to cardiovascular heart disease.</div>]]></description>
