Sir Robert Bryson Hall II (born January 22, 1990),better known by his stage name Logic is an American rapper, singer, songwriter, and record producer. Born and raised in Gaithersburg, Maryland to a black father and a white mother with seven half siblings between them. He first developed an interest in music as a teenager. And explored a musical career in 2009 releasing Logic: The Mixtape under the name "Psychological", and putting out a mixtape called Young, Broke & Infamous in 2010. He signed with Visionary Music Group, before releasing three more mixtapes over three years.

The many artists that inspired and influence logic are wide and have inspired him in different ways. He says the main ones are A tribe called Quest, Mos Def, Outkast , Frank Sinatra and Red hot chili peppers. Frank Sinatra is his main inspiration as he call him self "Young Sinatra". Old black and white movies also inspired him due to watching them as a child. The films by Quentin Tarantino also inspired him as well.

Logic is more unlike other rappers is a lot less flashy than other rappers. Hes is always wearing a baseball cap and t-shirt with a chain. His style is simple but effective. Him wearing Mostly black t-shirts and pants show that his more down to earth than other rappers. Showing he is more average than the others.

Logic is clearly telling someone who is trying to kill themselves that he wants them to be alive. He is talking to someone on the phone who wants to kill themselves. Trying to stop them from doing it. Logic is trying to get the person on the other line to not kill themselves. He will tell them why in the next chorus.
