Select ride options: The customer can choose additional ride options, such as a preferred route, additional stops, or special requirements.

Estimate fare: The app provides an estimated fare based on the entered pick-up and drop-off points.

Confirm the trip: The customer reviews the trip details and presses the "Book" button to confirm the trip.

Search for a driver: The TADA app automatically searches for the nearest available motorcycle driver.

Driver information: Once a driver accepts the trip, the customer receives detailed information about the driver, including:

• Name

• Photo

• Motorcycle make and model

• License plate number

• Driver’s rating and reviews

Estimated arrival time: The app provides an estimated time of arrival (ETA) for the driver at the pick-up point.

Track the driver: The customer can track the driver’s real-time location on the map within the app.

Contact the driver: If necessary, the customer can contact the driver via phone call or in-app messaging to confirm the pick-up location or provide additional instructions.

Driver arrives: The driver moves to the pick-up point. The customer receives a notification when the driver has arrived.

Identify the driver: The customer confirms the driver's identity and motorcycle details as provided in the app.

Pick up the customer: The driver greets the customer at the pick-up point and confirms the destination once again.

Provide helmet: The driver provides a helmet for the customer. Both the driver and the customer must wear helmets for safety.

Start the trip: The driver starts the trip and the app begins tracking the journey.

Navigation: The driver uses the app’s navigation feature to follow the best route to the destination.

Update the customer: The driver may provide updates to the customer during the trip, such as expected arrival time or any potential delays.

Arrive at the destination: The driver safely and punctually brings the customer to the destination.

End the trip: The driver marks the trip as completed in the app. The customer receives a notification that the trip has ended.

Review fare: The app displays the final fare to the customer.

Payment:

Receipt: The customer receives an electronic receipt via email or within the app.

Rate the driver: After completing the trip, the customer is prompted to rate the driver on a scale of 1-5 stars.

Leave comments: The customer can leave comments or feedback about the service quality, driver behavior, and overall experience.

Driver feedback: The driver can also rate the customer and provide feedback.

Handle complaints: If there are any complaints from the customer or the driver, TADA’s customer support team will address and resolve them.

Customer support: TADA provides various customer support channels, such as:

Lost and found: If the customer leaves any belongings in the vehicle, they can contact TADA’s support team to retrieve them.

Trip history: The customer can view their trip history and receipts within the app.

Collect data: TADA collects data on all trips to monitor service performance and identify areas for improvement.

Analyze feedback: Customer and driver feedback is analyzed to understand common issues and areas for enhancement.

Implement changes: Based on the analysis, TADA implements changes to improve the service, such as optimizing routes, training drivers, and updating app features.
