         <description><![CDATA[<div>Drivers must yield to pedestrians crossing roads<br>Drivers crossing a sidewalk going in or out of a driveway, alley or parking lot must yield to pedestrians.<br><br>Drivers turning left must yield to oncoming traffic going straight.<br><br>At a four way stop, the driver reaching the intersection first may proceed before the other drivers.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Let other drivers know what you are doing.<br><br>Can use turn signals or arm signals<br><br>Be in the proper lane<br><br>Signal 100 feet before turn  (however there are a few exceptions)<br><br>Look both ways L-R-L  for cars and pedestrians.<br><br>Turn from the lane closest  to the direction you want to go and turn into the lane closest to the one you came from.<br><br>Cross the fewest lanes possible.<br><br>Stay in your lane.  Don’t swing wide.</div>]]></description>
