         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>To build an e-learning from the ground up could be a daunting task and requires the creator to be technologically savvy (Meeker, 2014). Terms such as authoring tool, SCORM, LMS, PHP and HTML5 are not terms that the average student or teacher understand. However, it is not necessary to be a computer programmer to make an e-learning thanks to the plethora of downloadable software programs. Computer requirements include a current windows operating system along with both a flash player and WinZip or similar program.&nbsp;<br></strong><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Research conducted by Davis, Henderson, and Langmack (2016) studied the usefulness of an educational e-learning designed to enhance the knowledge and use of the Sepsis Six care bundle by nurses in a UK hospital. The e-learning included animation, media and video elements, and interactive activities such as drag and drop, multiple choice, and free text. Learners were required to review the physiological signs of sepsis and then make patient observations to recognize the early warning signs of sepsis and how they would handle the situation. After completion, the evaluations showed that they felt confident in their ability to recognize and manage sepsis appropriately</strong></div>]]></description>
