He assembled large state-owned farms called collectives from the seized lands. In these farms, hundreds of families worked on these farms, producing food for the state and to fuel Stalin's master plan for a new Russia.</div>]]></description>

So as the Russian Orthodox Church which many Russians followed was seen as a threat and was forbidden. He destroyed all religious imagery and offers Russia a new god to follow: Himself. So, citizens were firmly convinced that he was their saint, the holiest one. He was revered and worshipped by his people as a god. To allow this to happen, he targeted churches and priests. He destroyed churches and executed the priests by chopping off theirs, shooting them down, throwing them to jail, and burying them alive to cut off the threat of the Russian Orthodox Church.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

Due to him placing huge quotas for food, his people starved. Countless, millions died due to hunger as well it caused famine. It was the worst man-made famine in human history.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
