However, when gift received it was broken so he tried to return the gift but seller denied to take it back as there was no return policy as per him. Then, he reviewed this product bad on the website as well as social media. Within a week, seller called him and requested him to remove the comment on social media as well as the seller's website and in return he will refund the money as well as some free vouchers of the product.
