Learners at different levels interpret this picture anyway they want and with the level of knowledge they have about the language. Beginners usually stick to basics like; It's a family, there are two women and two men and three children, When more advanced learners could describe it as a celebration, like thanksgiving, how important family is in today's world, etc. Learners need to get enough opportunity to be creative in using the language.
