This was a hazard because...  I could not be looking properly when crossing the road so therefore be hit by the car and knocked down. This would of caused harm by...... injuring me for example, if I would of been hit by a car then I could of suffered a serious injury such as a head injury or a broken leg.

The control that I put into place to stop the hazard from happening was..... ensuring that I paid full attention to the road when crossing and always used the provided pelican crossings. This is a hazard as when a people are crossing the road they could get hit by a car which can cause injuries and can lead to death too. For example if someone gets hit by a car they will fall on the floor which might mean that they injure themselves and break bones.
This can be prevented and contolled by having traffic lights so when the person is crossing the roads there isnt any cars.However, the person can be carefull whille crosing the road.

This was a hazard because I could not be looking where I am walking and trip over the uneven pavement and fall over. This would have caused me harm as I would have injured myself. I could either bang my head on the floor this could cause my head to bleed, a cut could occur or worse case I could be knocked out.
The control I  out into place to stop the hazard from happening was making sure I paid full attention to where I was walking and that I was looking which direction I was walking in.
By doing this it reduced the severity and the likeliness of the hazard from happening because it reduced the chances of me tripped/falling over uneven surfaces/pavements as i would be looking where i was walking and if i noticed any uneven pavements i would make sure i moved out of the way and that i didnt walk or trip over them.

Children are likely to go and touch the contents of the box and will be harmed when it electrocuted them, with the possibility of death.
I would control it so that it was not as likely that a person would access it, even accidentally, and the severity of the open box would be reduced, which would reduce the liklihood of the hazard. this was a hazard as soemone could have tripped over the sign and could have fallen over and banged their head. This was a hazard as individuals may likely to fall over or trip over the wires if they were not aware of the wire being there. As a result they may injure themselves i.e wound or bruise themselves which could lead to other harmful injuries. such as head injury, fractured leg or arms etc. As the Wires were exposed outside there may be a possibility of rain which water may damage the wires which can electricute the memebers of the public and myself which could lead to Death.

This was a hazard, because if i wasnt looking where I was going I would have tripped over and caused myself harm, for example I could have sustained injuries like cuts and bruises and possibly break my bones. 
To prevent harm from happening to me, I thought about the control, and therefore, it was to pay attention to wheer i was going, and ensure i am watching where i am walking to prevent tripping. 
By doing this I reduced the severity of it occuring, and therefore there was a smaller chance of me tripping over due to me be careful.

One hazard was the trams. For example, someone could have walked into the tram and got ran over if they was walking on the tram tracks. This might of caused someone to get really hurt or cause death. We controlled this by ensuring that everyone walked on the path and used the green cross code when we was crosiing the road.
