What can be done to make employees less stressed？ From the perspective of the company, in order to reduce the occupational pressure of the employees, the company can appropriately reduce the workload of the employees, make them work less overtime, and give them some benefits of vacation travel. From the perspective of employees, firstly, to set a goal for themselves, to give their own life value and role positioning, with the right values can eliminate the common workplace pressure.Second, adjust your attitude at work and face pressure with a positive and optimistic attitude.Thirdly, rational reflection. Keeping a stress diary is also a simple and effective rational reflection method, which can help employees determine what causes stress and find ways to deal with it.Fourth, give yourself a space to rest, can go home to do some relaxing activities to relax the mood, try not to work on the pressure to bring home.Fifth, do a good job in time management and standardize their work in a planned way.Sixth, strengthen communication.

1-Is the life responsibility today suitable with work responsibility?

workers life responsibilities with many job requirements nowadays have a significantly negative effecting on employees’ life and work balance. important work on the controversy of work and family roles has been affected here. There is a theory explain this idea its name is Boundary theory which proposes that how individuals manage the boundaries between work and life is affected by how they realise the relationship between their different responsibilities. Where responsibilities are realised as mutually exclusive, they participate in. (Kelliher, Richardson & Boiarintseva ,2017).

these are different types of care may generate different kinds of requirements which are presenting nowadays. For example, unpredictable appointments such as eldercare medical field may demand more flexibility from predictable childcare demand. Caring of pets requires time and energy; they are considered as a member of the family, work‐life laws should be extended to consider them. However, parents may have further caring responsibilities, for example for the elderly, those with hard illnesses, or pets, which they also want to balance with work. On the other words, that the individuals without child caring responsibilities may go to the brunt of the “long hours work”, which negatively impacts their work‐life balance if the work policy maker doesn’t consider the differentiations among the nations people.(Kelliher, Richardson & Boiarintseva ,2017).

2-what is the reconceptualise work‐life balance?

It is a definition what explaining about remake considering for today’s responsibilities related to work and any kind family members roles. On the other words, there are some solutions to make a way of reconceptualising. In the first, family, work status, and any prior commitment to occupation role have been influenced by a satisfactory work‐life balance such as, providing flexible work options by employer policies maker. In the second, show respect for employees it is a needed requirements what should has been cared to different types of working arrangements considering life commitments and to create an environment what allows the employees to be fully interested with life outside of work. Finally, Job related factors such as hours of work, career salience, and managerial support have all been shown to influence perceptions of work‐life balance among employees. Hence, after reconceptualising all these arrangements some benefits will present such as, motivating, recruiting, enhanced effort or commitment, and retaining employees and on employee attitudes with organisational commitment and job satisfaction. For example, A positive impact on performance has been presented by gift exchange theories which are in social exchange activities; claimed the employees respond to opportunities to do their working arrangements to suitable with their non‐work lives with such as enhanced effort or commitment.(Kelliher, Richardson & Boiarintseva ,2017).

Kelliher C, Richardson J, Boiarintseva G.
