By people like Harry can make your blood to few insulin of works the insulin fail.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Mr. Harry has a medication for his diabetes. The name of this medication is Lantus. It's a long working insulin. Insulin is a hormone. You have to inject it in to the skin. There are different places you can inject, for example in&nbsp; the stomach.&nbsp;<br><br>Some side effects are;<br>- a too high amount of blood glucose. Or a too low amount of blood glucose.&nbsp;<br>- hypertensitivity &nbsp;<br>- inject spots, it means you can get hard spots from al these injections<br>- blurred vision<br><br>Mostly there is a sign- off list where you can see the time and the quantity you have to inject. You can sign off so you can't forget.&nbsp;<br><br><br><br>Mr. Harry also has medication for his hypertension. It's called Macitentan. This medication dilate your blood vezels, because of this your blood pressure drops.&nbsp;<br>Endotheline is a hormone that&nbsp; narrows the blood vessels.&nbsp;<br><br>Some side effects are;<br>- headache&nbsp;<br>- more likely to cause inflammationation<br>- anemia&nbsp;<br>- retain moisture&nbsp;<br><br>The medicine is a form of pill. You have to take the pill with some water. You can take it any time of the day.&nbsp;<br><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>A Health lifestyle is important if you have diabetes type 2. Because it helps you control your blood sugar. Think about having enough sleep, healthy food, drink enough water, relax and to move. You try to reverse your diabetes with a healthy lifestyle. By having a good lifestyle you can no longer need the medication, and it reduces the risk of complications.&nbsp;<br><br>Sleep;&nbsp;<br>An adult needs 6 tot 8 hours of sleep<br><br>Smoking;<br>smokings is bad. It can cause shortness of breath, breathing problems, cough.&nbsp;<br><br>Drinking;<br>we should drink one and a half to two liters of water every day.&nbsp;<br>If we talk about caffeine, can adults drink 4 cups of caffeine a day. Caffeine stimulates your nervous system. It effects what you do, feel and think.&nbsp;<br>Alchohol effects on short time; the connection to your muscles and nervous system is weaker.&nbsp;<br>On the long term your liver, pancreas and your brain will be damaged.&nbsp;<br><br>Hobbies;<br>If you do a hobby it provides relaxation. Relaxation is not only good for your body but also good for your mind.<br><br>Social activities;&nbsp;<br>Social activities protect the feeling of loneliness and depression.          <description><![CDATA[<div>I would prever a freestyle lybre for Mr. Harry. The freestyle libre is a new concept for people who have diabetes.&nbsp;<br><br>The freestyle libre is a sensor with which you can read the glucose values ​​instead of a finger prick every time. This sensor is easy to use, insurances prever a class before use, so you know how to use it. When you have followed the class you can change the freestyle libre by yourself, witch is very practical. This censor will be placed on your upper arm, it can be placed on both sides. You can wear it for 14 days and then you have to swap it.<br><br>When you wanna know what your glucose values are, do you only have to look on your phone. The freestyle libre is connected with an app wich you have to download on your phone and with this app you can read the values, by holding the phone in front of the sencor.<br><br>When you dont wanna change the freestyle libre by yourself, you always can look for another option for example, home care. They can come once in the two weeks to change the sencor. Which also makes the freestyle libre easy is that this device saves the values. That means that also docters from the hospital/ diabetesnurse can see your values (if you give them permission to),so you don't have to write al the values down en call them every period. All by all, we think this is a great uppertunity for mr. Harry.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Throughout the weeks we've talked about Mr. Harry and these are my startingpoints. Diabetes makes that you have to be awere of your health, more than other people, espaccialy everything around food. We know that you have to inject yourself for more insuline and that you have to know what your glucoses are. To make this easier we prever the freestyle libre. Also we advised sir to exercise more because he has overwight and this will help you through an healtier lifestyle. The smoking is not recommended.&nbsp;<br><br>We have sorted out the situation of mister on the basis of various topics, i found it interesting to do it this way and thought it was a successful assignment.<br>&nbsp;~Jorieke Zintel<br><br><br>I found it interesting and fun to learn more about diabetes in this way.          <description><![CDATA[<div><br>If you have the diagnosic it is important to keep moving. This can be different. If you doing on exercise, your body can the oxygen to withdraw. You need this for all your organs. By diabetic is it, if you doing a lot of exercise, improved it your insulin sensitivity. As a result of your bloodsuger can become less high. The importance is you reduce the risk of diabetic type 2. Every day at least a half an hour every day. combination aerobe exercise and muscle strengthening, are strongly recommended.<br><br>This exercises can you doing at home.<br><strong>Example:</strong></div><ol><li>Stand behind a chair and use this for support. Now soms small 'bounce' movements by slightly bending and streching your knees.</li><li>Extend one leg far back, heel flat and bent forward until you het a strech on the calf muscle. Stand up straight and hold on to the chair fot support. Stand on your toes and slowly return to your heels. Try the same on one leg and switch.&nbsp;</li><li>Now you need to stand sideways. Gently swing one leg back and forth, from front to back. Then swith you legs.&nbsp;</li><li>Place one leg on the seat of the chair and bent forward from the hips until you get a stretch in the back of your thigh.&nbsp;</li><li>Sit on the chair and cross your arms in front of your chest. Get up and sit back, down very slowly.</li><li>Stay upright and stretch one leg straight ahead. Bend and straighten the knee. Repeat the same with the other leg.</li><li>Lift the leg again and now turn circles with your foot.
