For the time being...

HS will collaborate and decide which lounge will be most beneficial to have open. *Susan has asked to have this decided prior to 9AM.
- This will be the case until both lounges are hired into.
Please make sure to update the AMS huddle if it is open.
- Staff for the Lounge will be in the HS box in the Deployment Screen.
CO for DC lounge staff- Need to be communicated to Susan Kanger.

Requests for time off through- 5/4- 5/31- Due 3/14/2025

When deploying core MF ACC RN please make sure to send to ICU and Stepdown.

ACC travelers should float to the floors first.

Reminders

Please ensure that your staffing is confirmed by 5:30 for all units. For the ED's please have staffing confirmed by 5:15.
Not everyone can be a charge RN. If you are pulling at CTM to be charge or be charge on another unit please make sure to verify CTM ability before assigning them to charge role.
Do not adjust deployable shifts time (ex. 7a-7p to a 9a-9p)
When you have a CTM On Call please ensure that you are cancelling the rest of the shift if the staff member is not called in. If this is not done, then it can affect the CTM incentives.
Please make sure you are following the On Call order prior to putting people on call. You can also cancel travelers up to once per pay period.
Shared Spaces and Cleanliness- Please make sure you are keeping our shared spaces clean- taking home your uneaten food, cleaning your dishes, wiping down surfaces.

If you need to add a float area to a staff member and it needs to be a float and not TDY.

What we have found is that if you are adding the new area in the deployment screen it is not marked as a regular float but as a TDY.

Please make sure not to add units as a float area unless it is within their scope.

If you are seeing errors in profiles let us know so we can notify the manager for correction.

IF staff call out and have an incentive shift in the pay period make sure to mark at lease one shift in ALL shifts for BOTH weeks of the pay period as REG/ NOT ELIGABLE FOR INCENTIVE adjustment.
