Albert Einstein was born on March 14, 1879 in Ulm, Germany, into a family of Jewish origin.

He was a solitary child, who devoted himself to studying and reading, and who always showed interest in music, especially the violin, and science.

During his primary school years he was an outstanding student and his highest grades were always in science. However, during high school the story changed. A relevant fact about him is that he began to speak very late, at the age of 3 years.

Einstein, in his adolescence, in the institute he attended in Switzerland, skipped classes and drove the teachers to despair with his lack of respect. Finally after hearing from his doctor that he was suffering from fatigue due to his nerves, he left school at the age of 15, and used all that free time to study on his own, and managed to read a three-volume physics encyclopedia without help.

In high school he fell in love with one of his classmates, Mileva Marić. They both had a daughter out of wedlock who either died or was given up for adoption, before marrying and having 2 children.

Einstein subsequently had an affair with his cousin, Elsa Einstein, and eventually left Mileva to marry Elsa. But the scientist still had what we could call “deviated attention” and also had slip-ups with other women. He did not have children with Elsa, but with Mileva he had 2 as I said before.

Between 1902 and 1909 he secured a permanent position at the patent office in Bern, Switzerland, and during that time he completed his doctorate. In that period, specifically in 1905, he published some articles of great relevance to science.
These articles earned him his doctorate, a professorship in 1909 at the University of Bern, and in 1914, a tenure at the Prussian Academy of Sciences in Berlin; and for the rest of his life, even though he had to live through two world wars, he dedicated himself to science.

Einstein discovered the photoelectric effect in 1905, the same year he also discovered special relativity, or rather it was the year in which he formulated his theory, which turned out to be true. In addition to this, Einstein also discovered a great physical phenomenon, such as Brownian motion and also the mass-energy equivalence in that same year, 1905; For all this, this same year was called “Einstein's miraculous year, due, as I said before, to the great discoveries that the scientist made in that year.

Leaving a scientific legacy that revolutionized science in the 20th century and, for now, probably in the 21st century.
