Things that work well:
1. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to choose something relevant to our specific content area.

2.  Summer Math Extravaganza was well attended and beneficial 

3. 

Things to change:
1. Once requirements are set, please don't change them until next year (some teachers were initially approved, then taken away at the last minute). 

2. Tech innovators/teacher leaders should receive flex time for presenting - just an extra perk for stepping up as leaders :-)
