I've always thought I can't draw. But I think, with practise and learning, I feel a bit more confident, and it helps to override my fear of anxiety (worried that the drawing would not come out the way it should be). 🥲

Attempted to fold an origami flower.

The experience required a lot of my attention as I followed the instructions on step at a time. It was challenging to do it perfectly as it’s not a skill I am familiar with, so there are imperfections in my flower yet it is still nice (at least to me) haha. Feels good to have completed it. (:

Drawing or art related activities have always been my weakness. Something that I would never ever try. But i believe with the proper guidance (the video), helps a lot in superseding that vision that I had of myself when it comes to art. A good experience and willing to try again!

Initially, I wanted to try the flower origami, but it didn't work out, so I changed to this one instead. It was not as bad as I thought!

I chose origami to try out, even though I often worry about not being able to follow the steps correctly. This time, I keep reminding myself to stay calm and follow the instructions. If I make a mistake, I can always redo it.

I panicked in the beginning as the artist’s pace was fast and I was worried about not being able to catch up. As we moved to the third face, I calmed down and became focused, listening to his voice and using the video as a visual guide. Overall, it was a fun experience as I doubted my abilities but was glad it came out better than I thought it would.

I never believed I could draw this. I have been told I cannot draw but now I feel that with guidance, I am able to accomplish if I put my mind to it. -Nisha

i used to stop believing when instructions always say it's easy cause i always just couldn't get it. This time round was really easy cause i managed to do it. This experience definitely encourages me to want to keep trying.

I kept erasing and redoing, trying to get the same result as in the video then got frustrated and just got it done. It was fun to learn but as a visual learner, it helped that there was an example to follow.

Learning something new can give me anxiety sometimes as there’s always a lot of self doubt, especially when it’s something that I’m not confident in. However, if you put in the time and effort, it might not be so daunting after all.

It was easier to learn when I didn't have background knowledge about it probably because it didn't feel like I have to unlearn previous habits. But I did help to have erasers at hand to help erase the mistakes. 😅

I never enjoyed drawing, but effective communication and giving instructions are also crucial. Thanks to his clear and distinct guidance, I didn't do too bad. Right?

I wanted to juggle haha. This would then be my first time taking instructions from a step-by-step video for drawing. Initially I was worried I'd be disappointed that my drawing would not look like the video's. Then I realised it's okay for it to look different as this has my personal touch ;)

It also helps to have a bit of confidence when learning something new.

I do like drawing but have always find drawing emotions can be difficult. I think today focusing was the key.

Not as difficult as I thought. However the pace of the artist was a little too fast. But with steps to follow, it seems to be easier. Will need more practice

I do enjoy drawing, feel stress at the beginning. However, as I go along it become easier as I follow the instructions.
