Third is not necessarily a personality trait but is still very important quality one should have; a person should be healthy and physically strong. If you aren't healthy how are you gonna be able to take care of your patients? Fourth is to have attention to detail. It's important to know what you are charting and that you are dong it correctly. Also to notice any differences in your patients. Lastly is to be flexible on and off the job. Anything can happen at any moment and you must Be ready.
