It was just another monotonous day until...I decided to blog.

As a threshold of my first official blogpost (to be honest, I have had several attempts of posting a blog but turned out as nightmares),I believe I should reveal the real reason why I end up blogging.Besides the cravings for the marks allocated for this, I always wanted a place to let my opinions about people and places out.But me giving my opinions to them did not really give me the satisfaction that bad things happening around me is going to fade off. So that is why, I've decided to start my own blog.Where i talk about everything I think of or feel of. It can be about a day in mylife,or a piece of an article or my daydreamings about my future life.Hopefully this journey continues.

Diary of A Nerdy Kid

I have no problem calling myself a nerd because I would be the thousandth guy on earth calling me with that.Anyways my days are also very much like any other nerd's life. My day usually begins around 7.30 am with the blaring sound of the alarm clock. My immediate task is to wake up my roommate Hishen. He loves stealing extra minutes of sleeping while I am bathing. After getting ready,we run to the bus stand(specifically for buses to park) opposite Gem In Mall so that we wont miss the bus and waste our breakfast money for the Grab or Uber. Once reach college,I will have a very light breakfast at cafeteria, typically curry puffs or 'cara berlauk' along with a cup of strong Nescafe. Then I will be heading to classes for some hours of lectures.I love my lecture classes because the lecturers are so lively and their teachings are very easy to comprehend, though not many of my friends feel that way(I am a nerd, what else to expect ??).

My friends and I usually crave for Indian food and the best place to look for Indian food is a restaurant called "MATAHARIS'.It is just a stone's thrown away from our campus so Uber fare would be free for most of the time.'Mataharis' offers a wide range of Indian food to satisfy everyone's taste buds. After filling up our stomachs,we will head back to hostel. My hostel is located at a sophisticated residential area called Mutiara Ville. In the evening, I will spend some quality time at the nearest park called CyberPark. Many students and family will be jogging and cycling around the park. The huge pond and tall green trees around are definitely sights to behold.

At night, I will be doing tutorials with my friend except my roommate as he knocks off way too early before others. After finishing up all my collge works, I go to bed and sleep soundly.

"Faith is your ability to believe what you are not able to see and the reward of the faith is you start seeing what you believe."
This is so far one of the best quotes I have ever read or heard. This quote gave me a new insight of life. This quote was first introduced to me by my father. He always believed in this quote and live by that. These are words of wisdom of Saint Augustine.I was basically a pessimistic before came to know about this quote.I never actually had faith and trust on anyone or anything.Negative thoughts will fill my mind on anything I do or attempt to do.Soon,I realized that these negative thoughts did not do any good in my progress. In fact,I was not progressing in my studies, thanks to my never ending negativity. One fine day,in the midst of a genuine conversation with my Appa,he told me to have faith in at least the things I desire most."Faith will give you the confidence to take another step and another step.As you are continue taking the steps, soon you will realize that you are actually reaching target, and while reaping the fruits of your efforts , you will understand the power of faith,"said my dad.The conversation just lasted for mere 10 minutes but gave me a new way to lead my life. Since then, I have always lived by this quote and each time I achieve my goals,I will reminisce that event.

My favorite article is entitled 'I'm a doctor but I didn't mean to be a drug pusher' written by the world renowned physician cum blogger , Kevin Haggerty on his most sought after blog 'KevinMd'.It was indeed an eye opener to me as I have learned how certain medical prescription could make any common patient into a drug addict. The article explained how a doctor could indirectly be a reason his/her patients to get addicted any sort of drugs.Painkillers are the threshold behind all these addictions.Kevin shared his personal experience of encountering with one of his patients turned drug addict. After reading this article, I have learned many negative consequences of the continuous consumption of painkillers, and indeed decided to never be one of those doctors in the near future.Once I have become a physician, I will definitely make sure to just be a healer not a 'drug pusher'.As a medical student,I indeed enjoyed this article as it gave many insights about this noble profession. I have also shared this content with my other friends.Since then, this has become one of my most favorite articles.

Hi everyone.Back to blogging after several busy college days.Today I thought of sharing my future plans in five years to come.Firstly, I am so glad that I am currently in the midst of pursuing my passion which is to become a doctor. Now I come to a crossroad in my life where I choose to do in my
future and choose what will make me happy. My plans for the future are to succeed in my career and to have a caring family whose going to support me in my good and bad.As a threshold of reaching the limelight in my career, I should first graduate with a medical degree with a distinction. Then, I will do my internship in any of the government hospitals, to hone my skills and to develop my knowledge in medical field,as medical field is very vast, and the medical professionals play one of the crucial part in saving anyone's life. Later,I will go abroad to continue my Masters in O&G.Yes,I always wished to be a gynecologist. To be very honest, this interest has stuck with since my younger brother came into my life and just disappeared within seconds
People say it's all due to the gynecologist's negligence. If my mom was treated properly with proper medication,we would not have had to lose my brother. Since then, I decided to become a good gynecologist in the future.
