It might be difficult when you have no one to share your struggles with. But it might be difficult when you have no words and energy to share it to others. How are we going to seek help if we don't know what's going on with our lives? 

We're grateful because we serve a God who just not listens to our silent stories and frustrations but, also chooses constantly to be our refuge.
