Cardenas-Hagan (2011) makes specific recommendations to assist ELs in their quest toward literacy.  What are those recommendations?  
Provide a brief reflection, including a specific example in a written format(300 word, double-spaced) or a video recording (3-5 minutes) of: 

•  how you could adopt one of these recommendations into your current teaching environment (classroom staff only)
• what policy or school-wide practice could be adopted to address the needs of ELs demonstrating dyslexia related difficulties (administrators only)
